01 Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.

Information You Provide

  • Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, and website URL when you submit a form or contact us
  • Project details: Industry, business goals, plan preferences, and any additional information you share in our forms
  • Payment information: Billing details processed by our payment processor (Stripe) — we don't store full credit card numbers on our servers
  • Communication content: Messages you send us via email, contact forms, AI chat, or phone

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps
  • Usage data: How you interact with our website and AI tools, including click patterns and session duration
  • Cookies and similar technologies: See Section 4 for details

02 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Process payments and send invoices for services rendered
  • Send service-related communications (project updates, support responses, billing notifications)
  • Send marketing communications you've opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and security threats
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
  • Train AI tools on data you've explicitly provided for that purpose (such as configuring an AI chat widget for your business)

03 How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use trusted third-party providers (such as Netlify for hosting, Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI processing, Twilio for SMS, and email service providers) that help us operate our business. These providers only receive information necessary to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.
  • Business transfers: If ClientBridgeUSA is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We'll notify you before this happens.
  • With your consent: We may share information with third parties when you explicitly direct us to.

04 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate our website and improve your experience.

Types of Cookies We Use

  • Essential cookies: Required for the website to function (e.g., remembering your form inputs)
  • Analytics cookies: Help us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it
  • Functional cookies: Remember your preferences and settings

You can control cookies through your browser settings. However, blocking essential cookies may impact the functionality of our website.

05 AI Tools & Customer Data

Our services include AI-powered tools (chat widgets, follow-up automation, and review management). This section explains how these tools handle data.

AI Chat Widget

Our AI chat widget is configured for each customer's business. Conversations between visitors and the chat widget are processed using Anthropic's Claude API. We do not use these conversations to train AI models. Conversation data is stored securely and shared only with the business that the widget is deployed for.

Follow-Up Automation

SMS and email follow-up sequences are sent on behalf of our customers using Twilio (for SMS) and email service providers. Recipients can opt out at any time using standard reply commands ("STOP" for SMS, unsubscribe link for email).

Review Management

For customers using our review management service, we access publicly available review data from Google Business Profile and Yelp. AI-drafted responses are reviewed and approved according to the customer's configured rules before being posted.

06 Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS
  • Secure password storage and authentication practices
  • Limited access to personal information on a need-to-know basis
  • Regular review of our security practices

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
