What do you need from me to start?
Your logo if you have one, any photos you want used, and half an hour on a call. If you don't have brand assets, we'll work out what's needed on the call — a missing logo doesn't hold up a project.
What if 14 days slips?
The date is agreed at kickoff and the most common cause of delay is waiting on content or feedback from your side. If something on our end moves the date, you'll be told when it happens rather than at the deadline.
Do I own the website?
Yes — the code, the domain, the content and the customer data. If you ever leave, you take all of it. Nothing is held back to keep you subscribed.
What does the monthly fee actually cover?
Hosting, SSL, monitoring, security updates, and the changes you ask for. On the Growth and Full stack plans it also covers running the AI tools and the reporting dashboard.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. The setup fee is one-time and the monthly plan runs month to month.
Can you redesign a site I already have?
Yes, and it's a common request. The process is the same — the discovery call just starts from what's already there and what isn't working about it.
